Sunshine Coast Producers Dinner

Get a taste of summer at the Savvy Squire Local Producers dinner party event Thursday 16th March from 6pm. The evening will be a nod to the Sunshine Coast local growers by incorporating local ingredients within the five course degustation, paired with well balanced Australian fine wine.

Sunshine Coast region suppliers have been hand picked producing quality ingredients, such as Noosa Chocolate Factory, Cedar Creek Cheese, Mooloolah River Fisheries, Noosa Red Tomatoes, Sunshine Coast Organic Meats & Kenilworth Dairies to name a few.

Keeping it local with sustainable sourcing and no waste cooking the event will showcase local talented top chefs from the Sunshine Coast region; Shane Hetzel (Noosa Reef Hotel), Rupinder Singh (Savvy Squire), Micheal Unnasch (Kawana Waters Hotel), Kenneth Thompson (Pelican Waters Tavern) and Andrew Rogers (Buderim Tavern).

The crafted menu will draw inspiration from the land and sea to bring a culinary flavour sensation to compliment the pallet.

The unique location of The Savvy Squire nestled on the Mooloolah river will deliver a delightful experience within the muted lighting, moody grey tones, industrial metals and modern natural timber decor. Working with the best producers and chefs on the Sunshine Coast you can trust your instinct that this will be a good food moment.
