Featuring a stellar line-up of some of Australia’s best indie-folk musicians and bands, Road Trip music event returns to stage this September.
The two-day music festival hosted at NightQuarter (Sunshine Coast) on Saturday 17 September and Miami Marketta (Gold Coast) on Sunday 18 September will showcase nine Australian acts including, headliner Jack Botts.
Celebrating the indie folk lifestyle, Road Trip is set to bring together a community of alluring acts to celebrate the themes of freedom, life on the road, surfing and the outdoors – easing music lovers into the warm summer months ahead.
Surf-folk singer and songwriter Jack Botts (Northern Rivers NSW) is headlining the event. Known for his recent release Slow Mornings, Jack Botts is arguably one of Australia’s fastest rising musicians. With a collection of admired tracks, including from his release Slow Mornings, Jack Botts has recently returned from a European tour and had already been booked to return in October 2022.
Other acclaimed artists on the line-up include Alivan Blu (Yamba), Didirri (VIC), Felipe Baldomir (Byron Bay), Jordy Maxwell (WA), Little Quirks (Central Coast NSW), Michael Dunstan (WA), Riley Pearce (Perth) and Steph Strings (Melbourne).
