Brisbane developer launches second major Caloundra development project

Following the huge success of their first foray into the Sunshine Coast, with the sell-out of Caloundra’s Ocean Verge apartments, experienced Brisbane based developer Citimax Property Group have launched their latest project, Ascend Apartments, which is located at 37-39 Moreton Parade at Kings Beach.

Citimax director Matthew Bond spent his formative years growing up in Caloundra and said he was pleased to be able to return to his home town and add to the quality of developments in the region.

“Demand has been strong, particularly with limited new apartments on offer In and around Kings Beach. Nine of the twenty four units have already been sold, primarily to owner occupiers looking to downsize without compromising on quality, as well as local and interstate holiday home buyers.
